Scoutside is early-stage. Pitchside is a live paid product - see below for how billing works. Aisleside and Commission are still a waitlist and information hub only; no payment is taken for either, and when they launch these terms will be updated to cover them.
Scoutside is operated by Liz Mounfield, trading as Scoutside, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using this site, or subscribing to Pitchside, you're agreeing to these terms with that entity.
Pitchside is a monthly subscription, billed automatically in advance each month via our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. Setup is manual and personal: after you sign up, we build and hand-tune your radar and email you once it's live, usually within 24 hours of payment.
Cancelling: you can cancel anytime by emailing hello@scoutside.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for - we don't offer partial refunds for time remaining in a paid month. If we fail to deliver your initial setup, we'll refund that payment in full.
Price changes: if we ever change subscription prices, we'll email existing subscribers at least 30 days before it takes effect.
You're welcome to browse the site and join the waitlist for Aisleside or Commission. Please don't use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract content from the site, attempt to disrupt or overload it, or misuse the contact or waitlist forms (e.g. to submit spam or someone else's details without consent).
Example opportunities shown on this site and on any radar dashboard are sourced from public listings, official fixtures, and open government data, gathered by automated scans. We do our best to keep this accurate and current, but we can't guarantee that any listed opportunity is still available, correctly described, or will lead to work - always verify details with the original source before acting on them. Scoutside is a discovery tool, not a guarantee of employment, bookings, or contracts.
The Scoutside name, the Pitchside / Aisleside / Commission names, and the design and content of this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to it; please don't reproduce or repurpose the site's content or branding without asking first.
Scoutside is provided "as is", especially during this early-access period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on information it shows - including missed opportunities, business decisions, or losses connected to any lead surfaced by a radar. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be excluded under UK law (for example, liability for fraud).
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time - see the contact page. As an early-stage project, we may pause, change, or discontinue any radar or the site itself; if that affects you directly, we'll let you know by email where we can.
We may update these terms as the product develops, particularly once paid plans launch. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
